PRACTICE GROUPS (Long Course)

Weston Swimming is organized into four Practice Groups based on the swimmer's ability and
age. At the beginning of each season, the coaches determine Practice Group assignments.
The coaches also determine when a swimmer can move up to the next level Practice
Group. At each Practice Group level, the goals are specific and directed toward meeting
the needs of each swimmer. As each swimmer is different, he/she will progress at his/her
