Practice Schedule

Hey everyone, our practice schedule for next week (July 6-12)is as follows:

Monday: regular practice for all teams
Tuesday: regular practice for all teams
Wednesday: regular practice for all teams
Thursday: regular practice S/B/Sr; Gold/White 8am-9am
Friday: regular practice for all teams
Saturday: regular practice for Gold/White/Senior

The entries for Regional Championships are on the meet schedule page of the website. Please note that there ARE relays for any age groups with enough eligible swimmers.

Weekly Info/Age Groups

Hi everyone... welcome to the first full week of summer! We had a strong day 1 at Brookfield- congrats to everyone on many, many best times!

1. Our practice schedule is the following for the week:
Silver: regular summer schedule Monday-Thursday; no Friday 7/3
Blue: regular summer schedule Monday-Thursday; no Friday 7/3
Gold/White: regular summer schedule Monday and Tuesday; 8am-9am Wednesday and Thursday; no Friday 7/3 or Saturday 7/4
Senior: regular summer schedule Monday-Friday; no Saturday 7/4

2. Congratulations to all swimmers who have made qualifying times for Age Groups this Long Course season so far! We have a great team of kids that will compete in the meet so far. A few notes about that meet:
- I do plan on bringing as many relays as possible. I will begin to try and organize those within the next week or so.
- For all 12U swimmers who swim Saturday at Age Groups (the day of the main relays), there will be a team lunch following the morning session. Stay tuned for details.
- Hilary Berger was nice enough to contact some hotels near Cheshire (12U swimmers) and Wesleyan (13Up swimmers) and ask them for a group rate for our team. These meets are an awesome experience and the team/hotel experience is definitely a part of that-- it's a complete blast and it's something I hope everyone takes advantage of.
